I think from my first placement I've been making great connections with students either it being every day within the hall interactions or car duty in the morning. It's a giant variety of how I make connections with students because some students I connected with right away at the beginning of the school year they took a liking to me and they were very easy going compared to other students that it took up until last week them seeing me walk in the parade for homecoming with them. I think there's a lot of different ways you can make connections with students but I believe it's the time the dedication that really sparks those connections because they end to trust you more as well as see that you can also be fun and silly at the same time or for me that's how it works anyways because there so young. I have also made very good connections by making myself present in the hallways during passing times as well as maybe by the doors by recess when they're coming in or even down at lunch i'll make appearance once or twice a week just to check on stuff and see how people are doing

Blog topic #4 Diverse learners
The first thing that came to my mind this week when looking at the topic diverse learners was my recent experiences with in my class. Those experiences being adaptive physical education or children within my class that had behavioral issues It's a very wide range when it comes to physical education but you always have to be ahead of the curve and proactive on these things because it's so easy to let these kids kind of just sift into the rest of the class while not paying much attention but these kids probably need the most amount of help. That help can look a variety of ways but for the most part it's just being there for the individual such as making all activities or mostly all activities suitable for adaptive PE as well as not as many challenging competition games I love competition but it's one of those things that can definitely spark children with behavioral issues. So I work around that by setting the games as cooperative as one class goal or maybe based on your own progress so individuals don't feel so pressured to win necessarily. I just think it's very important to definitely remember adaptive physical education because those kids don't get Enough time within physical education so the minutes they do get should be important and meaningful.

Blog topic :asking for specific feedback #3
I talked to my cooperating teacher throughout the week as well as the week before on my feedback on how I was doing. It came to my attention that While teaching I was slowly incorporating new things and correcting myself compared to my last classes, what I mean by this is the feedback that my cooperating teacher had written for me in a book was also what I was changing proactively before reading what she had wrote. I try to be very attentive on what I am saying and what I am doing within my class because students can take it many different ways but as well as how I can better teach them and make it simpler for them to understand is a big goal of mine. I asked for some specific feedback and all she really said was is that I kept correcting myself as I was continuing to teach as well as just my wording and how I approached things could use a little work but other than that she said she was nitpicking. I think it's very important to ask for specific feedback because it allows you to really see down to the roots of things and see how well you're actually doing. In a sense it's almost like having another pair of eyes on you to help you better prepare yourself when there isn't another pair of eyes on you ( aka : when we full time teach).
